First the machine declares to be a 7.2 kg but the drums are very small. You can’t clean multiple bed sheets or bigger size clothing. A single drum would have been more convenient. Will change it the first chance I get. Exposes the negatives of online purchase.

Don’t buy the product.. this product is not good
Washing machine stopped in every wash for around 20-30 min than restart itself.. i put my comment after using the product for 2 months and every time i face the same problem. It is totally waste of time & money as well..

Machine’s drain knob is not rotating and water remains in container. Tried contacting customer service for repair but no one responded, They have given invalid no. to contact.
I tried returning product but even that option is not available. It’s redirecting me to customer no. which again is invalid and now I feel i wasted whole ₹9900.

This product is really great. The Semi-Automatic machine is easy to use as my family members are pretty much used to it. The machine handles heavy load exceptionally well, it is easy to move around as it is not heavy, and the overall operations are very easy. Great Product, worth it and also a great delivery experience from amazon as well.

The worse product from Samsung, my machine does not work even when min. load is given, the motor attached to this machine is of very poor quality. Dryer not working.

Everything is perfectly fine.good washing machine.Only issue i felt is the buzzer which sounds for around 30 secs (or more) during the wash end .Those who have infants or elder people in home should be careful.Infants will jump up from sleep,elder people or those who with cardiac issues could encounter a cardiac arrest due to this buzzer sound.
